Agility in Africa
Africa’s prosperity and economic development are tied to jobs, training and education. Agility and Agility Logistics Parks hire locally and develop local talent through vocational, technical and managerial training programs aimed at growing a new generation of skilled, prepared Africans and strengthening the communities and economies where we operate.
Free Trade deal can make Africa the global manufacturing hub
For Africa, successful implementation of the AfCFTA is a game changer with the potential to move millions from a rural subsistence agriculture-based society to an early stage industrial society.
Community Investments
The community vocational training program at the Agility Logistics Park in Tema, Ghana, is run by Agility in collaboration with Oaida International, an NGO. It is a model for programs at Agility facilities across the continent. The program provides free training to local young adults in electrical work, brickmaking, and IT and computer skills.
